Refund and Replacement policy

Payal Sports Replacement Policy

At Payal Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. Please read our replacement policy carefully, as we offer a replacement-only policy and do not accept returns for refunds.

3-Day Replacement Window

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement within 3 days of the delivery date. We will not process any replacement requests submitted after this 3-day window has expired.

Replacement Conditions

All replacement requests are subject to the following strict conditions:

  1. Original Condition Required: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation intact. Items returned without their original packaging or showing signs of use will be rejected.
  3. Company Discretion: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. Payal Sports reserves the right to make the final decision on whether the item is eligible for replacement. If the item is found to be in violation of these conditions, the replacement will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Replaceable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances:

  • Cricket Bats: Once the item is delivered and accepted, we cannot offer replacement.
  • Inflatable Items: This includes balls, tubes, air mattresses, etc., once they have been inflated.
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Replaceable” on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a replacement, please contact us immediately via phone or email within the 3-day window and provide your Order Number and a clear description/photographs of the defect or damage.
  2. Customer Return Courier Charge: The customer is responsible for the courier charges to ship the item back to our address for inspection. The customer must bear a courier charge of up to ₹200 or the actual courier fee, whichever is higher, for the return shipment. This charge will not be reimbursed by Payal Sports.
  3. Ship the Item Back: The item must be successfully shipped back to the following address:Payal Sports No.13/1, 1st Main Road, K.H.M. Block, Opposite to Amber Palace Party Hall, R.T. Nagar, Bangalore 560032
  4. Inspection and Shipment: After we receive the item and our inspection confirms it meets the replacement conditions, we will process and ship the replacement item to you.
